Report an Incident

Reports may be filed regarding any unethical acts involving the company or its stakeholders.

  • Receiving and reviewing reports

    Once a report is submitted, it is received and reviewed under the principle of protecting the whistleblower’s identity. Preliminary checks are carried out with relevant departments as part of the verification process.

  • Starting an investigation

    An investigation begins once the responsible personnel, investigation period, and handling procedures are determined. The duration may vary depending on the nature and scope of the issue.

  • Completing and closing the investigation

    When the facts of a report are verified through objective evidence, the matter is handled according to internal regulations.

  • Providing results and follow-up

    If the whistleblower explicitly requests feedback, the company provides a response within the scope that does not infringe upon its legitimate rights or interests.

Types of Reports

Reports may be filed regarding any unethical acts involving the company or its stakeholders. However, claims that are not based on facts, or matters related to personal privacy unrelated to business operations, will not be processed.

False supply, intellectual property infringement, or personal data protection violations

Workplace harassment, gender equality violations, embezzlement or other corrupt acts, and the leakage or misuse of company intellectual property

Improper solicitation, bribery, or unfair practices involving partners; collusion among those in positions of power; and any dishonest acts toward stakeholders

Violations of environmental or human rights protection, or failure to uphold coexistence with local communities

Any other acts that breach the principles of ethical management

Whistleblower Protection

The personal information and report details of the whistleblower are fully protected. Without the whistleblower’s consent, the company will not disclose or imply any information that could reveal their identity.

Anonymous reports are accepted.

However, if the report lacks specific details or sufficient factual basis, an investigation may not proceed.

Any act of retaliation, disadvantage, or attempted reprisal against a whistleblower is strictly prohibited and will be subject to severe disciplinary action in accordance with applicable laws and internal regulations.

The reporting system is safeguarded by a secure security framework, and all investigations are handled confidentially by authorized personnel only.
