What is IMG?
In the IMG process, the surface material is preheated, and the bonded substrate is dried before being set onto the lower mold. The upper mold, which has an embossed pattern, performs the first vacuum forming to shape the surface material. A second vacuum pressure is then applied between the upper and lower molds to bond the fabric and substrate together.
