Safety and Health Management Policy

Hanil Industry Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of automotive interior parts that places the highest priority on ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees. The company strives to create a workplace free from accidents and occupational illnesses through continuous efforts and systematic management.

To establish a Safety and Health Management System that fosters a safe and accident-free workplace, Hanil Industry Co., Ltd. hereby declares the following Safety and Health Management Policy:

  1. 1. Prioritize the safety and health of all employees to achieve a zero-accident workplace.

    2. Set safety and health objectives and establish detailed implementation plans to achieve them.

  1. 3. Comply with all applicable safety and health regulations and continuously conduct risk assessments.

    4. Ensure that all employees fully understand, implement, and maintain the safety and health policy, making every effort to sustain the management system.

Direction of Implementation

Safety and Health Education | To achieve a zero-accident workplace, Hanil Industry Co., Ltd. conducts mandatory safety training for all employees according to an annual training plan, both internally and externally, in compliance with legal requirements.

  1. 1. Fire Prevention Activities

    Hanil Industry Co., Ltd. recognizes the importance of fire prevention and conducts analyses of vulnerable areas within the workplace to identify potential causes. Firefighting equipment is properly installed and maintained for emergency preparedness. To eliminate the possibility of fires in production processes, the use of personal heating/cooling devices and multi-outlet electrical extensions is strictly prohibited.

  2. 2. Employee Health Management and Counseling

    To promote healthy lifestyles and improve employee well-being, the company provides regular health check-ups and implements cerebrovascular and cardiovascular disease prevention programs. Monthly health consultations are offered to employees with medical findings or existing health conditions.

  1. 3. Musculoskeletal Disorder Management

    To prevent musculoskeletal disorders caused by repetitive tasks, Hanil Industry Co., Ltd. conducts a risk factor assessment every three years. Identified risk factors are addressed and improved to reduce the likelihood of such disorders.

  2. 4. Work Environment Measurement and Improvement

    To protect employees from harmful workplace factors and ensure a safe working environment, the company conducts semi-annual assessments of noise, hazardous chemicals, and other harmful agents through certified external measurement agencies. Any identified issues are promptly corrected to maintain a pleasant and safe work environment.
